Ange is our in house chef who’s culinary skills and most importantly her dessert portfolio are very impressive. Her legendary Banoffee Pie guaranteed her Hell's Kitchen 2004 prize and she brings tears to everyone’s eyes with her Caribbean flavors and spices which can often catch you off guard. Ange has one special person in her life and that’s her daughter Asia, who loves popping into The Bank to say hi and show everyone how much she’s grown! As well as Ange being Asia’s number one fan she is also an avid Liverpool FC Fan so professing a lifelong love of the Reds will likely help your chances of getting extra portions!
